YRTS Rotary Table Bearings

YRTS basic rotary table bearings are designed with a radial full roller, two groups of axial needle roller, cage assembly, an out ring, an L-section inner ring, and the second ring. The out ring and inner ring are equipped with fixing holes, allowing the bolt to secure the bearings directly. The YRT rotary table bearing structure is capable of bearing double-direction axial load, radial load, and tilting moment. This series bearing has a preload applied prior to leaving the factory, eliminating the need for clearance adjustments during installation. This series bearing is particularly well-suited for applications requiring high precision, high stiffness, low speed, and a short rotate period, such as rotary tables, index heads, and revolving milling heads. This bearing offers axial and radial running precision to suit your specific requirements.

Introduction

The measurement of angular displacement is a crucial aspect of modern industry. In particular, the machine tool industry has a high demand for the measurement of rotation angles of mechanical parts. It is essential to accurately measure and control the angular displacement.
Currently, grating and magnetic gate encoders are the most commonly used devices for measuring angular displacement. The AMOSIN steel grade measurement system from Austria offers four key advantages: high precision (the highest resolution angle is <2 arc-second), stain resistance, no electrical induction, and high adaptability to circumstances.

Structure introduction

The Austria AMOSIN steel grade measurement system is comprised of three main components: steel grade feet, a reading head, and an electronic assessment unit. The steel grade feet were installed on the inner ring of the bearing (Figure 2). This is a steel ring with grids of uniform distribution. The reading head was installed on the outer ring of the bearing (Figure 1). It is positioned in close proximity to the steel grade feet, but not in direct contact. There is a 0.1–0.2 mm clearance between them.
During operation, the bearing rotates, and the steel grade feet and reading head (Figure 3) move without contact relative to each other. The data collected by induction is then transferred to the electronic evaluation (Figure 6) via the cable (Figure 5). The electronic evaluation then transforms the information into square wave or positive harmonic signals, which are input into the numerical control system in machine tools for angular displacement measurement and control.

The product is easy to install and can be adjusted quickly. It is highly reliable and resistant to impact and vibration.
The product can output sine waves (1VPP) and square waves (TTL). It is compatible with Siemens and Fanuc numerical control systems.
